Job Description

Job Summary:
City Glass is seeking a committed and experienced Receptionist to join our team, The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front desk management and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and greeting visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Managing the appointment schedule and coordinating meetings.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Providing administrative support to the team as needed.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a reception or customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in using computer software and scheduling systems.
