Job Description
Engineering Tracks Training Academy is seeking a motivated and dynamic B2B Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an engineering background and English fluency. In this role, you will drive sales and build strong relationships with our B2B clients. Your technical expertise and sales acumen will be critical in understanding client needs and delivering tailored training solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential corporate clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Address client concerns and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ products.
- Understand client needs and provide customized training solutions.
- Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer needs and potential product improvements.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2 – 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the engineering or training sectors.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- An engineering background is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent email etiquette skills.
- Experience in B2B sales is a must
