Job Description
- Support in the recruitment and selection process to ensure to fulfil the suitable applicants for the required vacancies.
- Work closely with all company’s functions to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
- Actively participate in employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities, wellness programs, and employees events.
- Handle routine HR tasks including HRIS processing, employee inquiries, and documentation with a focus on providing exceptional service and support to our employees.
- Assists with time management (working hours, editing and validating clocking documents, overtime, leave days, sick leaves, etc.)
- Follow up & update vacation record for all employees.
- Maintain a comprehensive personnel filling system for all the outsourced staff (old and new hires) to ensure completion of all the needed documents.
- Support in handling employees' insurance procedures through delivering insurance check to Insurance Authority and preparing Form 1,2,6 and Follow up the periodically report to labor office.
- Assists in Preparing payroll inputs and managing the payroll process with the external service provider.
- Assists with planning and implementing training programs, including identifying TNA and starting the execution process.
- Support in other HR functions as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 4~5 Years of proven experience in HR.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
