Job Description

A software company located in Cairo is looking for Account Manager to help us keep growing. The successful candidate should understand the start-up mentality with the ability to cope with the speed of the requirements.

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Ensuring smooth running of all administrative functions.
  • Assist the business in planning, organizing and coordinating functions relating to the operation of the business.
  • Keep up to date with the current market trends and industry forecasts.
  • Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to Business Development with keen eyes on business opportunities and market requirements.
  • Assisting with document filing, writing and analyzing reports and mailing activities.
  • Help organize a comprehensive sales portfolio.
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses and potential opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Work on bidding documentation and full fill customers’ requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role in enterprise software solutions and development.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent social and presentation skills with excellent level of English
  • Ability to handle problems
  • Ability to prepare presentations, proposals and reports required.
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, IT or relevant field
  • Job requires frequent on-site customer visits and engagement.
  • Minimum 3 Years of experience.
