Job Description
- Responsible for the establishment and optimization of recruitment channels, including online recruitment, campus recruitment, job fairs, headhunting and other channels.
- Responsible for the output and revision of the job description of all positions;
- Responsible for the setting and optimization of the recruitment process and organize the implementation of recruitment.
- Responsible for the onboarding of new employees and follow-up the probationary period;
- Responsible for recruitment demand statistics and regular analysis of recruitment results;
- Responsible for the establishment of salary database.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English;
- Experience in headhunting and recruiting positions in Chinese-funded enterprises;
- Have certain training ability and data analysis ability.
