Job Description
- Develop and execute creative concepts and strategies for various projects, including marketing campaigns, brand development, and digital content.
- Lead and mentor the creative team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into compelling creative solutions.
- Oversee the production process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inspire innovative thinking within the team.
- Present creative ideas and concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve projects.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.
- Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future.
- Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ needs as well as our own.
Job Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media strategy is a plus.
