Job Description
- Responsible for entering and updating all data related to HR department on the HR System.
- Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data on the HR system, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation.
- Prepare monthly payroll & issue pay slips on HR System.
- Receive, review and enter the overtime and KPI’s sheets on HR System.
- Assist in keeping employees hiring documents completed.
- Assist in Hiring and termination process and Salaries Transactions.
- Manage & update employee’s status on the HR System.
- Handle all the medical insurance issues (monthly chronic cases, approvals, complaints, refunds, Emergency Funds….).
- Responsible for the medical and employee theft insurance file to editing, cancellation and following up with the medical insurance provider.
- Managing personnel records and ensuring all employee information is accurate and up to date.
- Handling employee relations, including resolving issues and conflicts.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in HR System software, including ERP Systems for HR.
- Experience in dealing with a large data and numbers of employees.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
- Experience from one to three years.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Age between 25 to 30 years.
