Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced BIM Architect to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in the field of BIM
- Excellent proficiency in Revit software and AutoCAD
- Ability to work remotely
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of BIM systems
Job Requirements
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering
- 3 years of experience in Architecture Engineering
- Hands-on working experience with AutoCAD 2D and Revit
- Experience with Navisworks, Dynamo, or other BIM software (a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
Responsibilities:
- Produce Architectural working drawings for various projects, in all stages, following the firm's standards and templates
- Prepare the required architectural details
- Collaborate and coordinate CAD/BIM-related tasks with other design specializations (e.g., Structural, Mechanical, etc.)
- Coordinate design requirements across all design stages (schematic, detailed, etc.)
- Develop a complete LOD 300-500 3D model for complete construction documents
