Job Description

Assess and continuously develop the Company’s BIM system components, personnel, and workflow
Create and customize Revit families and templates
Trouble shooting and issues resolution
Periodically Run Clash detection tests and identify and coordinate with related engineers
Create and Customize dynamo scripts
Attend BIM sessions with clients and contractors
Create BEPs and BIPs according to ISO and best practices
Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for power generation and distribution projects.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for electrical projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Troubleshoot electrical issues, analyze root causes, and recommend solutions to optimize system performance.
Utilize Revit software to create detailed schematics and layouts for electrical systems.
Perform electrical testing and validation to ensure reliability and safety.
Document designs, test results, and project updates for internal and client review.
Provide technical support during project implementation and commissioning phases.
Convert 2D drawings, CAD files, and point cloud data into accurate 3D BIM models.
Ensure model accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements and
industry standards.
Coordinate BIM models with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve
design conflicts and facilitate smooth project execution.
Lead BIM execution for projects, ensuring that all deliverables align with project goals and
timelines.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering
1-3 years of experience with certified training for this position, preferably within the healthcare projects sector.
Fully aware of MEP systems
Expert in Revit, Navis works, Dynamo
Excellent Organizational skills
Strong multitasking and time management skills.
Communication skills that support the team working environment (written/verbal)
Excellent in English language (written/ verbal).
Ability to present his/her work and represent the firm in meeting.
Good interpersonal skills.
