Job Description
- In charge of different e-commerce selling platforms.
- Creating, developing, editing, and managing content information, imagery, pricing for the allocated categories of all products across several platforms.
- Managing the website issues related to price changing, images, detail pages, and marketing content.
- Providing regular analysis for online performance and sales.
- Support moderation activities on social media pages for any customer inquiries.
- Follow up with the call center team for customer complaints and problems.
- Responsible for the order to cash cycle.
- Mange the courier performance and deliveries.
- Coordinating with the accounting department for invoices and payments.
