4. Participate in implementing planned advertising campaigns through all electronic marketing channels.
5. Monitor the work on all social and electronic communication platforms with the relevant agency.
6. Provide the Customer Service Department with customer complaints and opinions received through the website and all social and electronic media channels.
7. Prepare periodic reports on all e-marketing activities and submit them on the specified dates to the e-marketing manager.
