Salary: We offer a fixed base rate and a 33–45% commission (higher than any other company), along with an additional bonus system. both of which significantly impact your salary. If you demonstrate strong performance, we’ll provide you with a free assistant.

The average salary in the company is $3k per month. Top Sales Agents receive a salary ranging from $6k to $10k monthly (paid in USD, without conversions).
