Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating compelling content, and executing effective social media advertising campaigns. If you have a passion for digital marketing, a knack for writing engaging content, and a keen understanding of social media platforms, we want to hear from you.

● Manage and oversee all social media accounts including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. 
● Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic. /
● Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility. 
● Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content for all social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging. 
● Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 
● Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns across various platforms, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking. 
● Analyze key performance metrics and provide regular reports to evaluate the success of social media efforts and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. 
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and sales to ensure alignment of social media initiatives with overall business objectives. 
● Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. 
● Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management and advertising. 
● Proficiency in SEO content writing techniques, with the ability to create keyword-rich and engaging content that drives organic traffic. 
● Strong proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes, including content creation, community management, and advertising. 
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. 
● Proficiency in content writing and copywriting, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content tailored to different audiences and platforms. 
● Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights. 
● Creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to generate innovative ideas and strategies to drive engagement and growth. 
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
● Knowledge of SEO principles, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels is a plus. 
● Certification in digital marketing or relevant areas is a bonus.
