Job Description

  • Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies for clients in KSA & Egypt.
  • Create and manage high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization to improve ad performance.
  • Plan and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and CPA goals.
  • Optimize ad spend across different platforms to ensure the best results for each client.
  • Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tracking tools to monitor and optimize campaigns.
  • Generate performance reports and provide data-backed recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Continuously analyze KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.) to refine marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
  • Present performance reports and strategic insights to clients on a regular basis.
  • Ensure all campaigns are aligned with regional trends and audience behavior in KSA & Egypt.

 

Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years experience in performance marketing/media buying for a digital agency or e-commerce brand.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver exceptional campaign results.
  • Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and retargeting strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of the KSA & Egypt digital landscape and consumer behavior.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
