Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Deputy Sales Manager - Automotive Accessories. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Sales Manager - Automotive Accessories in achieving the company's sales targets and objectives. You will play a critical role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers.

As a Deputy Sales Manager - Automotive Accessories, you will have excellent leadership skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, monitoring sales activities, and ensuring that the team meets or exceeds sales targets. You will also be involved in the development and execution of sales and marketing plans, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Manager - Automotive Accessories in creating and implementing effective sales strategies and business plans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Motivate and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the sales team.

 

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in sales management and/or Business Development
  • Automotive Experience is a Plus
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
