Job Description
As a Collection Operations Executive you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of global debts on behalf of global clients
- Managing relationship with our partner collection agencies globally, where you will be responsible to assign/allocate to them cases, and follow up on their performance
- Monthly evaluation of partners
- Identification of new partners
- Prepare periodical reports for our clients on the development of their cases assigned to Cross Border Center (CBC)
- Prepare periodical analytical reports on the debt portfolio to provide to Cross Border Center (CBC) top management
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years Corporate Credit Collection experience in a reputable bank
- Experience in dealing with external collection agencies
- Excellent command of English language both written and verbally
- Multi-tasking and ability to manage complicated tasks under strict deadlines
- Analytical skills, Attention to details, excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent reporting skills
- Understanding of legal framework is a plus
