- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the same title.
- Preferably Sheikh Zayed, Giza, 6 of October or Monofia residents.
- High administrative skills.
- High communication skills
- Proficiency in making reports on the computer (Word, Excel)
- The ability to make decisive decisions
- Developing an operating plan and general strategy for its management.
