Junior Operation Officer

Being part of MUBASHER as “Junior Operations Officer”; your job description includes the participation in the following tasks:
• Work on the daily operation activities on Mutual Funds & Portfolios.
• Daily reconciliation and download of prior day’s custodial information.
• Account opening and closing, as needed.
• Prepare and communicate with brokers and custodians instructions.
• Ensure trades settle correctly and resolve any discrepancies.
• Follow up cash positions with brokers and make transfers of excess cash to custodians as per guidelines.
• Ensure the data entry for all funds and portfolios that includes (buy transaction, sell transaction, bank transfers, subscription, redemption...etc.).
• Submit (NAV) to client & top management by the end of each day.
• Submit funds financial statements by the end of each quarter on time to external auditors.
• Assist with any legal requirements or regulations by FRA.
• Work on our backoffice systems FundPro & DWM.
