Job Description
- Work with our delivery aggregators, suppliers, franchise partners and the Dish'd
team to ensure:
o accounts and listings are set up correctly and on time; this is critical
o any product supply issues are resolved quickly
o a smooth launch of new locations
o smooth closure of terminated locations. - Track and resolve any operational issues within a timely manner to ensure
business continuity providing updates to all stakeholders. - Manage enquiries from existing franchise partners
- Manage the data entry and checking of menus on food delivery platforms and
any amendments. - Data capture and entry to support franchise partner performance management.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations team
- Provide on call support to address urgent operational or technical issues
- Any other additional administrative duties required for the operation of the
business
Finance
- Generate invoices, sales summaries and finance reports in an accurate and
- Timely manner
- Carry out bank reconciliations
Job Requirements
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- English to be at the standard of IELTS Level 8 or Cambridge C2.
- Strong in communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Hard working and highly motivated
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Able to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Technically literate (Gmail, Excel, Word).
Technical requirements
- The salary offered has been adjusted to factor in the cost of the technical
requirements. - Own PC (not to be shared)
- Software: Microsoft Office including Microsoft Access
- Robust and reliable internet access
- Ability to access Gmail, Dropbox, HubSpot
Working patterns and Requirements
- Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (UK time).
- 1 hour break
- This Is a hybrid role with attendance at our Cairo office required 3 days a week
Remote working is to take place from a home office not a public place - On call support can be provided remotely and will be required from 6pm to 10pm
- Monday to Friday OR 12pm to 10pm Saturday and Sunday (UK Time)
- It Is expected that on call support will need to be provided 14 weeks a year.
- No other employment is to be undertaken in addition to this role
