Job Description
- Acting as SAP key-user for reviewing and maintaining the daily data that entered into the system and provide a weekly audit reports in all system activities.
- Improve the efficiency of the system by maintaining the policies and propose new controls that improve data quality.
- Responsible for maintaining the global data projects (like Mini-Master, OrgMan, Data excellence, etc.) and provide the necessary support to the projects’ teams.
- Responsible for updating the IDM system with the latest updates in the supervision tree and ensure that the data was synchronized successfully between IDM and SAP system and report the deviations if any.
- This position will report to the Payroll & HRIS Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors of Education degree.
- 1 year of experience in time management is preferred.
- SAP experience is preferred.
