Job Description
- Work in line with different departments to identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
- Design, plan and organize orientation for new employees.
- Implement effective training and development plans and monitor the progress of trainees.
- Maintain organizational charts and details job descriptions along with salary records.
- Lead annual performance management process including forms, tools/resources, communication plan and timeline.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar from any reputable university
- 3-5 years of experience
- Excellent command of spoken and written the English language
- The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Keeps ahead of all new techniques in recruitment, training, OD and ER
