Website & SEO
- Develop and implement strategies, optimizing user experience, managing content, and analyzing performance to ensure the company website effectively supports digital marketing goals.
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies, identify relevant keywords and search terms that your target audience uses to find products or services similar to our products in order to improve the web design & contents.
Social Media strategies & Plans:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the organization's marketing and branding objectives. Identify target audiences, define goals, select appropriate social media platforms, and outline tactics to achieve desired outcomes.
- Lead a team of social media professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Assign tasks, monitor progress, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment. select appropriate social media platforms, and outline tactics to achieve desired outcomes.
- Develop customer personas and create targeted marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage each segment.
Content Creation/Platforms Management
- Developing a content strategy that aligns with the overall marketing objectives and target audience, including content themes, formats, and distribution channels.
- Overseeing the creation of compelling and relevant content, such as blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and social media posts, to engage the audience and drive brand awareness.
- Ensuring that all written content is well-crafted, error-free, and aligned with the brand's tone and messaging guidelines.

- Address customer feedback, complaints, and issues effectively and in a timely manner.
Graphics / Media & Videography
- Collaborating with graphic designers or design teams to create visually appealing marketing materials, including banners, social media graphics, email templates, and website visuals.
- Ensuring that all content and graphic design elements align with the brand's visual identity guidelines, including color schemes, typography, logos, and overall aesthetics.
- Providing creative direction and guidance to ensure that the video content aligns with the brand's messaging, visual identity, and overall marketing objectives.
- Scheduling and coordinating video shoots, securing locations, managing logistics, and overseeing the production process to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Campaign Planning. Execution & Analysis
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan campaign timelines, budgets, channels, and KPIs.
- Identifying and utilizing appropriate digital marketing channels based on target audience and objectives
- Conducting tests and experiments to refine campaign elements and optimize performance.
- Using analytics tools to measure campaign metrics, evaluate effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in Social Media Marketing functions/fields.
- BSc in Marketing, Business or any relevant discipline.
- Have a solid experience in dealing with graphic designers / photo or videographers
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Knowledge of how to target & deal With B2B & B2C customers.
- Strategic thinking and ability to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in digital marketing analytics and reporting tools.
