Job Description

  • Acting as the first point of contact through handling and dealing with correspondence and phone calls to ensure the day-to-day operations are followed.
  • Act as the first point of contact through doing administrative tasks and coordinating between the CEO office and other departments to facilitate daily tasks.
  • Managing CEO schedule by creating diaries, organizing meetings and appointments, reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines to ensure the quality of service.
  • Arranging CEO travels through issuing itineraries and manage accommodation, transportation, and detailed travel plans and agendas to ensure cost efficiency and accurate president calendar.
  • Organizing events and conferences through actively manage all resources to ensure on-time and President’s image.
  • Implementing and maintaining administrative tasks like typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence to ensure on-time and quality.
  • Managed miscellaneous tasks to support manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, Ex.
  • Completing some corporate governance reporting to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations or conducting research.
  • Responsible for facilitating all the events conducted by the CEO Office.
  • Facilitate and attend all the mass meetings, to ensure that the meeting facility is ready, especially with meetings that have more than one site.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree holder.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Fluency in English is a MUST.
  • Updated CV with a recent picture
