Job Description

 

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Attend meetings with or on behalf of the CEO; take minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports or briefings as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, board meetings, and executive offsites.
  • Manage special projects assigned by the CEO.
  • Monitor and prioritize emails and communications for timely responses

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • High level of proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism.
  • Maximum age: 28 years old.
  • Graduated from (AUC) or any equivalent institutions are preferred
