Job Description
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Attend meetings with or on behalf of the CEO; take minutes and follow up on action items.
- Conduct research and prepare reports or briefings as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate logistics for events, board meetings, and executive offsites.
- Manage special projects assigned by the CEO.
- Monitor and prioritize emails and communications for timely responses
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- High level of proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism.
- Maximum age: 28 years old.
- Graduated from (AUC) or any equivalent institutions are preferred
