Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO to support daily operations and help streamline business and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will act as the CEO’s right hand, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and communication across departments is smooth and professional.
- Proven work experience as a senior administrative assistant, virtual assistant or executive administrative assistant
- In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
- Hands on experience with MS Office
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High School degree; additional qualification as a personal assistant or secretary will be a plus
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and appointments
- Follow up on internal tasks with different departments
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
- Screen emails, calls, and follow up on urgent issues
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Remind the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
- Coordinate travel and personal arrangements if needed
- Keep track of pending decisions and follow up accordingly
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in a similar role is a plus.
