Job brief

The Quality Section Head will lead the quality control function at our facility. The role involves managing all aspects of quality systems, ensuring product compliance with company and regulatory standards. The Quality Section Head ensures development and proper application & deployment of quality activities and internal/external quality standards within the plant, working closely with relevant stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to support operations

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
• Devise and review specifications for products.
• Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.
• Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
• Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
• Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and laboratories as needed.
• Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.
