Job Description
job responsibilities: -
- Developing and Maintain QMS for all Food Safety standards
- Maintain detailed records for all quality control activities, analysis result ,complain corrective actions ,managing complains
- investigating customer complaints or non-conformities, leading root cause analysis to identify underlying issues, and developing corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensuring the implementation of product recall, traceability, and identification procedures to ensure consumer safety and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinating with the pest control company to ensure the implementation of an effective pest management program across the entire facility.
- Conducting internal audit programs and following up on the closure of audit gaps with stakeholders to ensure full compliance with relevant standards.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a scientific field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the quality field, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO, GMP, or HACCP (depending on the industry).
Preferably has experience with SEDEX audits and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze data and make evidence-based decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
