Job Description

  • Assisting with the scheduling and coordination of property viewings
  • Supporting agents and brokers during the sale, purchasing, and leasing processes
  • Compiling and maintaining real estate documents, agreements, and lease records
  • Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials for property listings
  • Updating and maintaining property listings on various real estate platforms
  • Processing transactions and ensuring all related paperwork is completed and filed correctly
  • Conducting research on real estate market trends and preparing reports
  • Managing client databases and records
  • Assisting with client communication and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Provide administrative support to real estate brokers and agents
  • Coordinate property listings, including marketing and advertising efforts

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
  • Proven work experience as a Real Estate Coordinator or similar role with minimum of 3 years
  • Knowledge of real estate industry, including understanding of property management and real estate transactions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software
