Job Description
- Manage the maintenance team and their usage of all related types of equipments.
- Plan, coordinate and lead the operation and maintenance for all the mechanical and electrical utilities, such as HVAC equipment (chillers, air handlers a/c systems , coolers and heaters diesel generators and UPS).
- Supervise the execution of maintenance plans concerning periodic, preventive, and corrective activities.
- Monitoring the electrical and chilled water consumption to confirm whether it meets the budget or not.
- Provide the spare parts and tools to execute the corrective and preventive maintenance and the safety equipment as well
- Ensure that maintenance activities and installations are performed safely (applying the safety-first principle).
- Prepare the method of statement and risk assessment for all maintenance activities.
- Coordinate and supervise installation and maintenance by contractors or outside vendors for the development, replacement, and renovations.
- Carry out regular audits to confirm the continuity of the operation as agreed with the customer and identify the major issues
- Assist in setting the budget for the extra work.
- Issuing the monthly report for trouble tickets and preventive maintenance during the month.
- Ensure effective coordination between the facilities team and other departments.
- Manage office space planning and ensure a comfortable work environment for all employees.
- Supervise and mentor facility, fleet, security, Landscape, and administrative staff.
- Allocate tasks and set performance goals for the team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- +12 years of experience in facilities management, fleet/transportation, security, and administration.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale residential, industrial, or corporate facilities.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance.
- Familiarity with fleet management, security systems, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Budget management and cost-control expertise.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to facility operations.
