Job Description
**Objectives of this Role:**
- Broad knowledge of engineering applications for plant and building operations and maintenance.
- Providing technical guidance and on-the-job training to team leaders, supervisors, and technicians.
- Assigning and coordinating work, planning, scheduling, and conducting engineering projects.
- Performing planned maintenance and analyzing data to maintain installations.
- Managing policies, guidelines, and processes for contract administration to meet business requirements and deliver quality service.
- Utilizing computer-assisted engineering software for tasks.
Job Requirements
**Must have technical/professional qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with a preference for a Master’s degree in Management or Facilities Management; CMMS knowledge is advantageous.
- 10-13 years’ experience in MEP maintenance, with 2 years in a managerial capacity; exposure to Facilities Management, particularly in MEP Engineering.
