Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage end-to-end monthly payroll for all employees.
• Calculate salary elements including incentives, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor and tax regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date payroll records and employee compensation data.
• Print monthly payslips and deliver them to employees in a timely and secure manner.
• Prepare payroll reports and documentation for audits and internal use.
• Keep updated with changes in tax laws and suggest improvements to payroll processes.
• Prepare the monthly salary tax report, ensuring accurate calculation of taxes, deductions, and contributions in compliance with local tax regulations.
