Job Description
- Process full-cycle payroll for all employees on a monthly basis using the HITS system.
- Ensure payroll transactions are processed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity within the HITS system.
- Prepare payroll reports, salary statements, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Calculate bonuses, overtime, deductions, and adjustments as needed.
- Coordinate with Finance and HR departments to ensure compliance with payroll procedures and accounting practices.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
- Stay updated with labor law changes, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a manufacturing or textile industry.
- Proficiency in HITS payroll system is a must.
- Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law, social insurance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Very good command of English
