Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior E-Commerce Specialist & Client Coordinator to join our team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to Three years of work experience. You will work closely with the manager, following clear instructions to execute tasks related to e-commerce operations, product sourcing, client coordination, and online customer engagement.
Job Requirements
- Product Research & Sourcing:
- Assist in identifying trending and high-demand products based on provided guidelines.
- Support in comparing suppliers for pricing, shipping options, and terms.
- Maintain and update supplier databases.
- Inventory & Order Management:
- Assist in tracking stock levels and ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Process online orders and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
- Report and help resolve any order or inventory issues.
- Product Listings & Descriptions:
- Support in preparing product descriptions and gathering specifications/images.
- Ensure product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Customer & Client Interaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries and messages professionally, following manager guidelines.
- Communicate with corporate clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings when required, ensuring a high level of professionalism.
- Assist in coordinating with clients to follow up on requests or inquiries.
- Social Media & Online Presence:
- Manage and monitor the company’s social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure pages are updated regularly with relevant content, as directed by the manager.
- Market Monitoring & Reporting:
- Conduct basic research on market trends and competitor strategies as directed.
- Provide simple reports and updates to the manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Preferred A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to Three years of work experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for basic reporting.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms but not required.
- Very good written and spoken English with no grammar or spelling mistakes.
- A willingness to learn, follow instructions, and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills (but not required):
- Basic knowledge of SEO or online marketing tools.
- Experience with Helium 10 or similar e-commerce tools is a plus.
