Job Description
The Business Development and Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining solid relationships with partners and clients, and driving sales growth in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services in Saudi Arabia.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Develop and manage key accounts to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that support sales efforts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Oversee the sales team, setting performance goals, and ensuring the team meets them.
- Present sales and revenue reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and other executives.
- Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives, and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development or sales managerial position.
- Proven track record of developing new business and meeting sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to travel as preferred.
- Experience in a startup or in a similar industry is preferred.
