- Development and expansion of the distribution network.
- Achieving the specified growth rates for the sales of each product.
- Provide incentive programs for new distribution points (cash gratuities / promotional activities).
- Contracting with new distributors to supply the uncovered areas.
- Analyzing the distribution network for each region and linking retail libraries with wholesalers.
- Establish a specific commercial policy for direct selling.
