Job Description

  • Identify training needs across the organization and recommend suitable learning and development (L&D) solutions.
  • Design, organize, and deliver effective training programs that align with business needs and individual development goals.
  • Measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and assessments.
  • Develop and maintain standardized training procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in delivery.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of a professional Performance Management System (PMS).
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the performance appraisal system to ensure fairness and alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct necessary PMS calibration sessions to ensure consistency and accuracy in performance evaluations.
  • Support current and future business needs by developing talent management strategies that enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Designing succession plans and contingency frameworks for business critical roles
  • Plan and coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) programs to build the skills necessary for business growth.
  • Designing and delivering talent interventions
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives to ensure the long-term retention and motivation of top talent.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in Performance Management and Learning & Development.

Skills

  • Proven experience in identifying training needs and implementing effective learning programs.
  • Strong understanding of performance appraisal systems and talent management best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PHR Certificate
  • Performance Management Certificate
  • Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of training and development programs.
