Job Description
- Identify training needs across the organization and recommend suitable learning and development (L&D) solutions.
- Design, organize, and deliver effective training programs that align with business needs and individual development goals.
- Measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and assessments.
- Develop and maintain standardized training procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in delivery.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of a professional Performance Management System (PMS).
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the performance appraisal system to ensure fairness and alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct necessary PMS calibration sessions to ensure consistency and accuracy in performance evaluations.
- Support current and future business needs by developing talent management strategies that enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Designing succession plans and contingency frameworks for business critical roles
- Plan and coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) programs to build the skills necessary for business growth.
- Designing and delivering talent interventions
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives to ensure the long-term retention and motivation of top talent.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Performance Management and Learning & Development.
Skills
- Proven experience in identifying training needs and implementing effective learning programs.
- Strong understanding of performance appraisal systems and talent management best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
