We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic female candidates for the role of Tele Sales and Customer Services Representative at our company specializing in state-of-the-art installations for GPS tracking systems, CCTV cameras, smart home automation, and network systems. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and prospects to promote our range of products and services.
Engage with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to provide information, answer inquiries, and address concerns.
Actively listen to customers' needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet their requirements.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.
Follow established sales scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism in all customer interactions.
Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively closing sales and upselling additional products or services.
Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using the company's CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
Provide after-sales support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends, product advancements, and competitors' offerings to effectively address customer questions and concerns.

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Proven experience in tele sales or customer service roles, preferably in a technology or related industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English. Additional languages are a plus.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and establish a positive customer experience.
Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for managing customer interactions and sales processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and results-oriented mindset.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate customer records and managing follow-up activities.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A genuine interest in technology and a willingness to continuously learn and update product knowledge.
