Job Description
- Generate new leads and cold-call prospective customers with the aim of creating more sales.
- Scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements.
- Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods.
- Research the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand business.
- Strong understanding of company services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
- Negotiate rates and provide quotes for clients and prospects.
- Maintains customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business.
- Work as part of a team and closely with other departments within the company.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor degree or equivalent qualification related to business developing is recommended.
- Strong presentation skills is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Ability to call potential clients with confidence.
- Experience in insurance brokerage field is a plus.
