Main Job Duties:

• Provide professional leadership and effectively manage teaching and learning process
• Responsible for raising the quality of teaching and learning for children's achievements within a successful learning culture.
• Create a safe and productive learning environment which is engaging and fulfilling for all children
• Promote excellence, equality and high expectations for all children
• Provide vision, leadership and direction for the teaching staff 
• Be an excellent role model, exemplifying a high standard of teaching and promoting high expectations for all teachers and lead by example to motivate and support the team.
• Training new teachers.
