Job Description

-Ensuring smooth and safe field operations for all operating departments from production, maintenance, quality and supply chain to deliver on-time product with highest quality level that meets the desired goals. As well preform the most cost-effective manufacturing of planned production, while meeting the production schedule with optimal productivity and highest waste control.

-Lead and/or support cross-functional teams to deliver strategic plans and conduct assessment of plant operational procedures to identify areas of inefficiency and initiate action plan for improvement.

-Implement a Plant Performance Tracking System which includes the key performance indicators covering manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain levels and finance to drive the performance of key result areas on operations activities and continuous implementation monitoring.

-Anticipating business bottlenecks, clarifies operations priorities, identifies risks, and clearly defines all workflows, analyze breakdowns, optimize processes, and ensuresall practices are being refined and tuned with coaching.

-Overall responsibility including setting up systems, operations budgeting, production interface with sales targets, optimizing productivity, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.

-Identifies and implements the best LEAN Manufacturing concepts and six sigma techniques to control operation and supply chain processes.

-Process and manage all small and mega projects and new investments to ensure that all departments and groups management are synchronized and all initiatives are well tracked. Develop, Forecast, and execute the yearly operations targets and manufacturing plans to deliver the company business objectives (Production CAPA, Quality targets, safety, manufacturing cost) In addition to review financial statements, sales and activities reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.

-Made strategic decisions and developed key plans that affected the direction of the business.

-Provided direction and leadership to all levels of

employees and managers.

-Reduced costs by eliminating materials waste and unnecessary labor hours.

-Optimized processes to maximize efficiency.

-Implemented Just-In-Time methodology to help

-Managed direction and planning for the plant with a focus on optimization of daily

functions, exceeding customer expectations and achieving KPIs.

-Follow-up procurement processes with suppliers in

technical terms and price discussions.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as an Assistant Project Manager
