Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media and employee referrals.

2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the position.

3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

4. Facilitate the selection process, including reference checks and background screenings.

5. Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.

6. Build and maintain an applicant pool for future hiring needs.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

8. Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

9. Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

10. Assist the HR team in other HR functions, especially the personnel part.

Job Requirements

Job Specification:

 

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

 

Experience:

- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

- Experience in both corporate and agency recruiting environments preferred.

- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for various positions.

 

Skills:

- Excellent command of English.

- Strong presentation skills, communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in candidate evaluation and documentation.

- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Adaptability and willingness to learn new recruitment techniques and technologies.
