Job Description
We are a leading logistics company specialized in stevedoring cargos in “port operation sector” to strengthen client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure Customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Achieve sales and service growth targets through proactive engagement
- follow-ups with potential and existing clients
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and address client needs effectively
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for required services.
- Prepare visit reports and regular business performance reports
- Collaborate with Port operations Customer Service team to enhance client experience
- Support service profitability and growth initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in logistics / Business administration OR other relevant.
- Min one year of Proven work experience as a Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Adaptability, flexibility and time management skills.
