Ensure that all stakeholders are applying BXP in a proper way.
Revise all incoming BIM submitting to ensure that clash criteria are applied.
Coordinate with all project stakeholders to facilitate and accelerate data exchange workflows.
Revise all incoming QS sheets to ensure that it is following the project method of measurement and BOQ.
Discuss comments with consultants and resolve any confusion.
Follow-up Material submittals approval to avoid any delays in related shop drawings.
Follow-up the re-submission of rejected submittals.
Prepare weekly and monthly engineering progress reports to be discussed in BIM weekly progress meeting.
Invite the required stakeholders to workshop meeting if required.
Prepare presentations to client and consultants.
Ensure that red marking is continuously applied to approved shop drawings.
Continuously check of models’ health to recover any errors.
Technical support for all teams in modeling issues and participate in family’s creation and modifying.

Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
5 years of experience in the same job position.
3+ years’ experience as a BIM engineer.
In-depth knowledge of (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, LOD, Ms. Office, API)
Solid Experience with various MEP systems.
Strong English command (Reading - Writing - Speaking).
Aware of various BIM standards.
High attention to details.
Able to meet tight deadlines and able to work alone or with a team.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent experience in contracting companies.
