Job Description
• Ensure production lines meets target net efficiency
• Replacement, and maintenance of equipment to reduce the major effect and breakdown.
• Timely response very fast on any mechanical plant problems.
• Supervises the day-to-day operations of mechanical maintenance to ensure that worked
• Leading the mechanical maintenance team.
• Monitors all equipment on production line, makes necessary adjustments and repairs to maintain smooth running of production lines
• Description of spare parts and making purchase orders of them
• Repairs defective parts and components
• Prepares reports on any comments or complaints regarding machine maintenance
• Periodically supervise and check machines
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Long term strategic planning of mechanical maintenance activities
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical power
• Minimum 12 years work experience working in industries.
• Managerial skills, Time management skills
• Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment (Generators, Compressors, oxygen station, pumps, air conditions, Fan blowers, winches, feeders, gearboxes and plumbing works).
• Experience in planning maintenance operations
• Ability to work with CAD, Solid works.
• Experience in the field of glass factory is preferred
