Job Description
The Candidate should have knowledge about handling Sea Freight Export shipments:
- Gathering shipping lines freight rates and negotiate till getting the best Frt. /terms /conditions.
- Prepare & send offers to our target clients. or overseas agent
- Coordinating with our client to arrange booking, trucking & order the truckers.
- Prepare & send shipping declarations to shipping lines & trucking order to truckers.
- Negotiate the best rates with Truckers & Customs Clearance agents & follow up with them to ensure smooth handling of our client shipments.
- Review Ocean B/L to match the received shipping declaration.
- Issue HB/L.
- Issue shipments Invoices to our client.
- Co-operate with The Financial Dept. to ensure collecting payment of the issued invoices on time.
Job Requirements
- Very good English
- Experience at least 3 year dealing with overseas agents and networks
- Office Microsoft excellent
- Good negotiation skills with overseas agents and customers abroad
- Very good relations with shipping lines
