Job Description

  • Our agent is a special one, he will help customers with the best choices from the collection of items within the store “i.e. acting as a back office Sales person, not just a robotic answer machine!”
  • Agent can place the order for customers upon need on the system
  • Agent would need to confirm orders ‘details placed by customers and send to the relevant vendors to start manufacturing process
  • Agent will need to do regular Follow-up for order's delivery with the vendor ensuring SLAs is met
  • Agent would need to get client feedback upon order delivery
  • Share the progress reports daily and update the system with orders’ status

Job Requirements

Candidate must be able to Respond to Customer Inquiries on Social media, WhatsApp, and Phone calls “both in Arabic & English” fluently. We expect you to be:

  • Passionate to learn and expand your knowledge
  • Motivated person
  • Quick learner
  • Have high Multi-Tasking skills
  • Have high communication skills
  • Can handle aggressive customers, complaints, and VIP clients “references must be provided”
  • Can respond to clients and convince them to finalize the order “references must be provided”
  • Generate new orders and revenues
  • Candidate preferred to be residents of Maadi/5th Settlement Area for easy and quick access to our office
  • References must be shared before the interview.
