Job Description
- Lead the implementation of NetSuite Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management).
- Customize NetSuite to meet client-specific needs, including dashboards, workflows, and reports.
- Configure and set up accounting processes, including multi-currency transactions and financial consolidation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Provide expertise on financial best practices and recommend process improvements using NetSuite functionalities.
- Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the financial module of NetSuite.
- Perform system testing and data validation to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for optimization.
- Develop user guides and training materials for clients.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of NetSuite.
- Document system configuration and customizations for future reference.
- Manage implementation projects, including planning, timeline estimation, and risk management.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the client's expectations.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with multinational companies and handling multi-currency financial operations.
- NetSuite Certification (ERP Consultant or Financial User Certification).
Experience
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP, specifically in the financial modules.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and system optimization.
