Job Description
The ERP Finance Support Specialist bridges the gap between the finance team and Oracle ERP by providing expert support, training non-technical users, assisting with system rollouts, data migration, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day Oracle support for finance team users.
- Train and guide non-technical staff to use Oracle efficiently.
- Work closely with IT and implementation consultants during rollouts.
- Assist in data migration, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor system usage and troubleshoot errors.
Job Requirements
- Strong multi-module Oracle ERP knowledge.
- Fluent in English with excellent user support and training skills.
