Job Description

  • Responsible for the whole recruiting process (advertising on different platforms, shortlisting the CVs, scheduling interviews, phone interviews, first interviews, sending job offers, following up with candidate till they join and collecting their documents to upload it on system) keeping the time frame of each job. (70% for the first 3month 30% later)
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Participating in policies’ list process and companies’ regulations.
  • Compile and update employee records.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.….).
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.…) and take minutes.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Dealing with external resources when it is needed (social and medical insurance, training etc.…).

Job Requirements

  • Proven 1–2 years’ experience as an HR Recruiter in software companies is a must.
  • Main knowledge of the recruiting process in the software field.
  • Excellent English skills writing and speaking.
  • Excellent with MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • HR Certificate is a plus.
