Job Description

Visiting consultants and designers regularly.
Marketing activities for promotion of the brand.
Placing our company name in the vendor list of Construction Projects.
Reporting about the dynamics of HVAC in the market.
Following up the coming and ongoing construction projects.
Program and direct the integrated testing and commissioning in line with the construction program.
Witness all the static testing of the various systems by the MEP subcontractors.
Perform dynamic commissioning tests in accordance with this section of the specification.
Attend testing, adjusting, and balancing review and coordination meeting.
Collate all the testing and commissioning documentation.
Provide measuring instruments and logging devices to record test data, and provide data acquisition equipment to record data for the complete range of testing for the required test period.
Provide Project-specific construction checklists and commissioning process test procedures for actual MEP systems, assemblies, equipment, and components to be furnished and installed as part of the construction contract.
Direct commissioning testing. Verify testing, adjusting, and balancing of Work are complete.
Provide test data, inspection reports, and certificates in Operating and Maintenance Manual. Carrying out commissioning, troubleshooting & servicing on HVAC equipment.
Working with Design Engineers, site teams and liaising with customers when needed.
Interfacing with Sensors and BMS for installations, servicing and maintenance.
Assembly, testing and pre-commissioning of site ready systems.
Surveying sites, recording findings & writing reports.
Maintaining HVAC units & other building services.

Job Requirements

Mechanical Engineer Min. 3 years’ experience in HVAC business field:

Air conditioning.
Comfort cooling systems.
Ventilation systems.
Chillers and chilled water systems.
Hot & cold water systems.
Controls systems.
Hands on experience of large Multi deck DX coil package system / VRV’s / Split systems.
Badr, Shrouq, new Cairo residents are highly preferred.
